基于Flexsim对M公司仪表组装生产线改善研究
Based on Flexsim Improvement of Meter Assembly Line of M Company Research
摘要: 针对M公司汽车零部件的市场需求,基于Flexsim、IE和整数规划对仪表装配线进行了改善,提高了生产线产量。首先利用Flexsim仿真分析了各工位利用率差异较大的问题,其中4号工位为瓶颈工位。其次,IE改进了员工动作,并通过整数规划调整了作业元素分配。最后通过Flexsim仿真验证了改进后的效果。将工作站数量从12个减少到11个;生产线总工时由254.12秒减少到251.42秒;平均利用率从42.52%提高到87%;产品数量从69个增加到133个,生产能力大大提高,实现了M公司汽车零部件生产的可持续发展。
Abstract:
In response to the market demand of M Company’s auto parts, Integer programming is used to select the best workstation allocation by comparing the balance rate, and the output was increased. Firstly, Flexsim simulation was used to analyze the large difference in the utilization rate of each station, in which station No. 4 was the bottleneck station. Second, IE improves operator behavior and adjusts the allocation process with integer programming. Finally, Flexsim simulation is used to verify the improved effect. Reduction in the number of workstations from 12 to 11; the total working hours of the production line were reduced from 254.12 s to 251.42 s; the number of products has increased from 69 to 133, the average utilization rate increased from 42.52% to 87% and the production capacity has been greatly improved, realizing the sustainable development of M company’s auto parts.
