智慧管理模式下高校学生体质健康实现路径研究

Research on the Realization Method of Physical Health of College Students under Intelligent Management Mode

摘要: 在教育信息技术飞速发展的背景下，针对当前高校学生体质健康水平受求学压力、社会供应、锻炼模式等因素影响而不断下降的不良趋势，在信息数据收集、课堂与评测自我监控、运动健身氛围、媒体宣传报道、校园体育文化建设等方面，应致力采用新技术、新理论、新群体构建智慧数字信息化管理优势。本研究拟从数字化成库体系建构、多路径多维度多群体学生体质管理两个方面进行探索，并提供一套科学实际的时代性健康实现路径方案，从而有效促进学生健康的全面发展。

Abstract: Under the rapid development of educational information technology, the current trend of declining physical health levels among college students, which are influenced by academic pressures, societal supply, and exercise patterns, has aroused concern. To address this, joint efforts should be made to adopt new technologies, theories, and community-building strategies to create the advantages of intelligent digital information management in parts of information and data collection, learning in class and self-monitoring, sports and fitness atmosphere, media publicity, and the construction of campus sports culture. This study aims to explore and provide a set of scientifically practical and contemporary health realization methods from two aspects: the construction of a digital system and the management of students’ physical health through multiple ways, dimensions, and groups. This approach is intended to effectively promote the comprehensive development of students’ health.
