高年级小学生积极心理品质与学校归属感关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Positive Psychological Qualities and Sense of Belonging in School among Upper Elementary School Students

摘要: 目的：探索高年级小学生积极心理品质与学校归属感之间的关系。方法：采用《中小学积极心理品质调查》问卷、GBQ学校归属感问卷对武汉某小学4~5年级的168名学生进行问卷调查研究。结果：四至五年级小学生的积极心理品质与学校归属感的关系有显著正相关(r = 0.76, p < 0.05)，回归分析显示积极心理品质可以解释学校归属感76.0%的信息，结果显示积极心理品质与学校归属感关系有统计学意义。结论：积极的心理品质(特别是智力、知识、仁慈、超越自我等)可以帮助小学生建立起良好的同伴关系，有利于心理健康。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between positive psychological qualities and group affiliation in upper elementary school students. Methods: The survey questionnaire of the Positive Psychological Qualities in Primary and Secondary Schools and the GBQ Group Belonging Questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire study on 168 students in grades 4~5 of an elementary school in Wuhan. Results: The relationship between positive psychological qualities and group belongingness among elementary school students in grades 4~5 had a significant positive correlation(r = 0.76, p < 0.05), indicating that positive psychological qualities explained 76.0% of the information about group belongingness, and the results showed that the relationship between positive psychological qualities and group belongingness was statistically significant. Conclusion: Positive psychological qualities (especially intelligence, knowledge, benevolence, and transcendence) can help elementary school students develop good peer relationships and contribute to mental health.
