乡村振兴背景下农村电子商务发展的金融支持策略研究——以贵州省蔡官镇为例

Rural Revitalization of Rural E-Commerce Development under the Background of the Financial Support Strategy Research —Taking Caiguan Town in Guizhou Province as an Example

摘要: 在当前“数字经济”时代背景下，金融如何有效推动农村电商发展，建立与之相适应的长效联动机制，是当前经济新常态下农村经济转型重要课题之一。本文对蔡官镇农村经济发展进行了实地调研的基础上基于蔡官镇农村金融支持电商发展对乡村振兴的影响进行分析，研究结果表明：优化农村电商与数字经济发展联动机制要打造区域特色农村品牌；扩宽农村金融供给渠道，不断完善和创新金融产品和服务方式，健全农村金融担保体系，更好推动农村金融服务与农村电商的深度融合服务于乡村振兴战略。

Abstract: In the context of the current “digital economy” era, how to effectively promote the development of rural e-commerce finance, and the establishment of a long-term linkage mechanism compatible with it, is one of the important issues of rural economic transformation under the current new economic normal. This paper analyzes the impact of rural financial support for e-commerce development on rural revitalization based on the field research of rural economic development in Caiguan Town, and the results show that: optimizing the linkage mechanism between rural e-commerce and the development of the digital economy to create a rural brand with regional characteristics; expanding the rural financial supply channels, constantly improving and innovating the financial products and services, and sounding the rural financial guarantee system, better promote the deep integration of rural financial services and rural e-commerce to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
