乡村小学体育课程资源开发与利用状况研究
Research on the Development and Utilization of Physical Education Curriculum Resources in Rural Primary Schools
摘要: 本文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实地考察法等研究方法,对献县乡村小学22所学校和33名老师进行了调查,从体育教师的基本情况、体育教师对体育课程资源的认知、体育设施资源状况、体育设施资源课余时间状况等几个方面进行了研究,并通过所取得的各种数据对献县乡村小学体育课程资源的开发与利用状况进行了分析。得出以下结果:中年教师和大专学历的教师占很大部分,体育教师在体育课程资源开发利用过程中主动意识不足,缺乏创新意识,献县乡村小学严格按照国家标准开展课间操,教学硬件设施有待提高,体育设施缺乏课余时间的开放,教师没有深入了解每个学生的基本情况和需求,传统体育游戏项目在献县乡村小学开展情况较好,新兴运动项目开展情况也在一步步提高,学校和家长追求升学率的观念制约学生参加体育活动的现象很多。
Abstract: This article uses research methods such as questionnaire survey, literature review, and field investigation to investigate 22 rural primary schools and 33 teachers in Xian County. The research focuses on the basic situation of physical education teachers, their understanding of physical education curriculum resources, the status of physical education facilities resources, and the situation of their spare time, and analyzes the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in rural primary schools in Xian County through various data obtained. The following results have been obtained: a large proportion of middle-aged teachers and teachers with associate degrees, physical education teachers lack initiative and innovation awareness in the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources, rural primary schools in Xian County strictly follow national standards for extracurricular exercises, teaching hardware facilities need to be improved, physical education facilities lack access to extracurricular time, and teachers do not have a deep understanding of the basic situation and needs of each student, the development of traditional sports games in rural primary schools in Xian County is relatively good, and the development of emerging sports projects is also gradually improving. The concept of schools and parents pursuing enrollment rates is restricting the participation of students in sports activities.
