面向职业能力培养的管理课程设计和实施
Design and Implementation of Management Curriculum Orienting for Working Ability
摘要: 随着教育改革的深入和创新要求,我国提出了本科教育体系的转变,建立培养符合社会用人需求的课程框架。管理就是实践,融入情境才能提升培养目的。在行业培训方面,公认提升学习效果的方法是采用案例研讨模式,也有一些依靠仿真平台。本研究是结合这两种方法,设计一套与国际项目经理(IPMP)认证的能力要素相结合的教学课程,从而提升学生面向工作的职业能力。研究结果表明基于教材传授知识模式对于学生掌握项目管理中的计算部分帮助最大,对于计划优化能采用相应理论和方法进行,对于行为能力和环境能力认识较差。引入虚拟仿真的教学模式对于学生了解某具体行业有帮助作用,并且对计划系统性和交互性有较好的认识,在执行过程中培养了行为能力。案例研讨激发了学生的兴趣和作为主体的主动性,培养了行为能力中的诸多要素。
Abstract:
With the deepening and innovative requirements of education reform, our country has put forward the transformation of the undergraduate education system, to meet the needs of the society. Management is about practice, and integrating it into specific contexts is key to enhancing the purpose of training. In the industry arena, it is recognized that the way to improve the learning effect is to use the case study model, and some rely on simulation platforms. This research combines these two methods to design a set of teaching courses combined with the competency elements of the international project manager (IPMP) certification, so as to enhance students’ career-oriented work ability. The results show that teaching knowledge based on textbooks is the most helpful for students to master the calculation part of project management; and the corresponding theories and methods can be used to optimize the plan, but the cognition of behavioral ability and environmental ability is poor. The introduction of virtual simulation into the teaching process is helpful for students to understand a specific industry, have a better understanding of the systematic and interactive plan, and cultivate behavioral ability in the execution process. Case studies stimulate students’ interest and initiative, and cultivate many elements of behavioral ability.
