摘要: 作者根据参考文献和数据总结分析了UBE内镜技术治疗腰椎相关疾病进展及展望。UBE作为一种新的脊柱内镜技术,为镜下减压、融合提供了一种微创术式。与脊柱传统开放手术相比,手术创伤小,并发症少,是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的有效方法。但其长期疗效尚需进一步的科学验证。
Abstract: The authors summarized and analyzed the progress and outlook of UBE endoscopic techniques for the treatment of lumbar spine related disorders based on references and data. UBE, as a new spinal endoscopic technique, provides a minimally invasive procedure for microscopic decompression and fusion. Compared with traditional open surgery of the spine, it is less invasive and has fewer complications, making it an effective treatment for lumbar degenerative diseases. However, its long-term efficacy needs further scientific validation.
