幼小衔接中家长参与的策略研究
A Study of Strategies for Parental Involvement in Early Childhood Transition
摘要: 本研究专注于家长在幼小衔接阶段的参与及其对儿童顺利过渡和全面发展的重要性,揭示了提升家长教育素养、构建高效家校沟通机制、整合社会教育资源等措施在促进家长积极角色扮演上的显著作用。这些策略有助于儿童在认知、情感和社会性等多维度平稳过渡至小学阶段。同时,研究强调了根据不同家庭背景和地域特点,对家长进行个性化教育指导与培训的必要性,以确保每个孩子在幼小衔接过程中都能获得最适合自己的成长支持,实现全面而有效的发展过渡。
Abstract:
Focusing on parental involvement at the Early Childhood Transition stage and its importance for children’s smooth transition and all-round development, this study reveals the significant roles of measures such as enhancing parental educational literacy, constructing an efficient home-school communication mechanism, and integrating social and educational resources in facilitating active role-playing by parents. These strategies contribute to children’s smooth transition to elementary school in multiple dimensions, including cognitive, emotional and social. At the same time, the study highlights the necessity of individualized educational guidance and training for parents according to different family backgrounds and geographical characteristics to ensure that each child receives the most suitable support for his/her own growth in the process of bridging the early childhood and primary school years, and achieves a comprehensive and effective developmental transition.
