摘要: 腰椎管狭窄症(lumbar spinal stenosis, LSS)是一种慢性疼痛性退行性疾病,其典型表现为间歇性跛行、行走距离减少、腰腿疼痛及下肢麻木等症状。目前手术是腰椎管狭窄症主要的治疗方式,但硬膜外注射治疗因其创伤小、精准度高等优点,逐渐成为国内外研究热点。本文就硬膜外注射治疗在腰椎管狭窄症中的应用及其进展进行综述,以为临床医生在腰椎管狭窄症的治疗方面提供一定的参考。
Abstract: Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) is a chronic painful degenerative disease that typically presents with intermittent claudication, reduced walking distance, low back pain and numbness in the lower extremities. Currently, surgery is the main treatment for LSS, but epidural injection therapy has gradually become a hot research topic at home and abroad due to its advantages of less trauma and higher precision. This article reviews the application of epidural injection therapy in lumbar spinal stenosis and its progress, in order to provide certain reference for clinicians in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.
