Research Progress of Opioid Analgesics
Abstract: Opioids are irreplaceable for the treatment of moderate to severe pain and currently the most widely used analgesics. Opioid are drugs that act on the central nervous system to relieve or reduce pain and alter the emotional response to pain. In the medical research field, opioid analgesics have always been a hot research topic and made good progress. Based on the existing traditional opioid analgesics, this article provides an overview of the novel opioid analgesics and compound opioid analgesics and theoretical basis for their clinical application.
