摘要: 目的：本研究旨在深入探讨成人依恋、心智化与亲密关系满意度之间的内在联系。方法：本研究采用成人依恋量表(ECR)、心智化情感量表及亲密关系满意度量表，对345名大学生进行问卷调查。结果如下：1) 不安全依恋对亲密关系满意度的负面影响显著；2) 虽然成人依恋与心智化之间的相关性并不显著，但成人依恋、情绪识别与亲密关系满意度之间的相关性显著；3) 心智化在成人依恋与亲密关系满意度之间的中介效应不显著，但情绪识别在依恋风格与亲密关系满意度之间发挥部分中介作用。
Abstract: This study aims to thoroughly explore the intrinsic relationship between adult attachment, mentalization, and satisfaction in intimate relationships. Method: The study employed the Adult Attachment Scale (ECR), the Mentalization Emotion Scale, and the Intimate Relationship Satisfaction Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey among 345 university students. The results are as follows: 1) Insecure attachment significantly negatively predicts satisfaction in intimate relationships; 2) Although the correlation between adult attachment and mentalization is not significant, there is a significant correlation between adult attachment, emotional recognition, and satisfaction in intimate relationships; 3) Mentalization does not significantly mediate the relationship between adult attachment and satisfaction in intimate relationships, but emotional recognition plays a partial mediating role between attachment style and satisfaction in intimate relationships.
