乡村振兴背景下农村幼儿教师的生存状态研究
Research on the Living Conditions of Rural Preschool Teachers in the Context of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 本文从更深层次探讨了农村幼儿教育的发展问题,并提出了具体的实施步骤和时间表。针对农村幼儿教师教育背景的不足,从学历要求、专业培训和实践经验等方面提出了加强培训和支持的建议。同时,对于幼儿园设施设备的陈旧问题,从使用年限、维护状况和功能性能等方面进行了界定。为了改善农村幼儿教育的现状,需要政府、社会和家长各方面的共同努力,通过加大投入、更新教育观念、创新教育模式、加强师资队伍建设、促进家校合作以及推动社会参与等多方面的措施,为农村幼儿提供更好的教育服务,促进他们的全面发展。
Abstract:
This article explores the development issues of rural early childhood education from a deeper level, and proposes specific implementation steps and timetables. In response to the shortcomings of the educational background of rural early childhood teachers, suggestions for strengthening training and support are made from the perspectives of academic requirements, professional training, and practical experience. At the same time, the paper defines the obsolescence of kindergarten facilities and equipment from the perspectives of service life, maintenance status, and functional performance. To improve the current situation of rural early childhood education, it requires the joint efforts of government, society, and parents to provide better educational services for rural children through various measures such as increasing investment, updating educational concepts, innovating educational models, strengthening teacher training, promoting home-school cooperation, and promoting social participation, thus promoting their comprehensive development.
