摘要: 随着互联网的快速发展,越多越多的企业将数字技术纳入企业发展的一部分。“十四五”规划针对数字化发展做出了系统的布局,提出以数字化转型推动生产方式、生活方式和治理方式的变革。数字化转型是当今企业,尤其是制造业和互联网企业不可或缺的一部分,但是企业在设置新发展战略、布局发展导向时,受制于组织资源、组织文化、组织结构、领导者风格等原因,对数字化转型认知不足,数字技术认知障碍影响企业总布局的顺利进行和目标落地。因此本文通过定性分析法,对以往的数字化转型文献深入研究,以期得到企业数字化转型结论,为现在的数字化转型企业提供建议。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more enterprises incorporate digital technology into their development. The “14th Five-Year Plan” has made a systematic layout for digital development, and proposed to promote the transformation of production methods, lifestyles and governance methods through digital transformation. Digital transformation is an indispensable part of today’s enterprises, especially manufacturing and Internet enterprises. However, when enterprises set up new development strategies and layout development orientation, they are subject to organizational resources, organizational culture, organizational structure, leader style and other reasons. The lack of awareness of digital transformation and the cognitive barriers of digital technology affect the smooth progress and goal landing of the overall layout of the enterprise. Therefore, through qualitative analysis, this paper makes an in-depth study of the previous literature on digital transformation, in order to get the conclusion of enterprise digital transformation and provide suggestions for the current digital transformation enterprises.
