金砖国家数字服务贸易国际竞争力比较研究

Comparative Study on International Competitiveness of Digital Services Trade in BRICS Countries

摘要: 随着电子信息技术和服务行业的结合，数字服务贸易正飞速发展。金砖国家的数字服务贸易也正在快速发展，并且互相竞争。本文将基于WTO数据库2012~2021年数字服务贸易数据，对金砖五国数字服务贸易总进出口量以及各数字服务贸易行业竞争力进行分析，并且利用TC指数、RCA指数以及IMS指数对金砖五国数字服务贸易总体及各行业进行对比分析。研究表明：我国数字服务贸易竞争力在不断提高，尤其表现在金融和知识产权服务行业；印度数字服务贸易竞争力在知识产权和商业服务领域最强，不过在电子信息服务方面下降明显；巴西和俄罗斯两国数字服务贸易竞争力相当，优势行业主要在知识产权服务领域；南非的数字服务贸易结构均衡，在金融和个人文娱服务方面竞争力高于其他国家。

Abstract: With the combination of electronic information technology and service industry, digital service trade is developing rapidly. Digital service trade in BRICS countries is also developing rapidly and competing with each other. Based on the 2012~2021 digital service trade data of the WTO database, this paper analyzes the total import and export volume of digital service trade of BRICS countries and the competitiveness of each digital service trade industry, and makes comparative analysis of the overall digital service trade of BRICS countries and various industries by using TC index, RCA index and IMS index. The results show that the competitiveness of China’s digital service trade is constantly improving, especially in the financial and intellectual property service industries. The competitiveness of India’s digital services trade is the strongest in the field of intellectual property and business services, but the competitiveness of electronic information services has decreased significantly. Brazil and Russia have the same competitiveness in digital services trade, and their advantages are mainly in intellectual property services. South Africa’s digital service trade structure is balanced, and its competitiveness in financial and personal entertainment services is higher than that of other countries.
