癌痛管理在晚期癌症患者安宁疗护中的应用

摘要: 有研究显示，80%~90%的晚期癌症患者经历过疼痛，因此，对于晚期肿瘤患者来说，对其进行安宁疗护并加以疼痛管理能够有效地减轻患者的疼痛感，并且能够针对患者的具体情况进行有针对性的护理措施以提高患者的生活质量显得尤为重要。疼痛管理包括药物治疗及非药物治疗，本文通过检索相关文献并进行总结，对疼痛管理在晚期癌症患者安宁疗护中的应用进行综述，分别介绍药物治疗、心理干预、健康教育、非药物治疗措施中的音乐放松疗法及芳香疗法相关方面在晚期癌症患者疼痛管理中的应用。
Abstract: Studies have shown that 80%~90% of patients with advanced cancer experience pain. Therefore, for patients with advanced cancer, palliative care and pain management can effectively reduce the patient’s pain and can target the patient’s pain. It is particularly important to carry out targeted nursing measures according to the specific situation to improve the patient’s quality of life. Pain management includes drug treatment and non-drug treatment. This article reviews the application of pain management in the palliative care of patients with advanced cancer by searching and summarizing relevant literature, and introduces drug treatment, psychological intervention, health education, and non-drug treatment measures respectively. Application of music relaxation therapy and aromatherapy-related aspects in pain management in patients with advanced cancer.
