The Impact of RCEP Trade Facilitation on China’s Export Trade and Countermeasures Research

摘要: 随着区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership)的签订，我国将与东盟、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本、韩国等14个国家建立更加紧密的经贸关系，以促进区域经济的可持续发展。RCEP的实施将促进我国与邻国经济合作的贸易自由化、投资便利化，提高国际市场竞争力。但同时，我国的贸易结构和产业布局也将面临新的挑战，需要制定相应的对策来应对。本文首先分析了RCEP对我国对外贸易的影响，主要针对中国出口的影响分析。其次，提出了应对RCEP带来的挑战的对策，包括加强产品创新、优化贸易结构、拓展新兴市场、提高贸易便利化水平等方面。最后，结合实际情况，提出进一步的相关政策、措施的建议，以确保我国在RCEP框架下实现更高水平的开放型经济发展。

Abstract: With the formal signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), China will establish closer economic and trade relations with 14 countries including ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, to promote sustainable regional economic development. The implementation of RCEP will facilitate trade liberalization and investment facilitation in cooperation with neighboring countries, enhancing international market competitiveness. However, it will also pose new challenges to China’s trade structure and industrial layout, necessitating corresponding countermeasures. This paper first analyzes the impact of RCEP on China’s foreign trade, focusing on the effects on Chinese exports. Secondly, it proposes strategies to address the challenges posed by RCEP, including strengthening product innovation, optimizing trade structure, expanding into emerging markets, and improving trade facilitation. Finally, based on the actual situation, further policy recommendations and measures are proposed to ensure that China achieves a higher level of open economic development within the framework of RCEP.
