大学生适应性教育调查

摘要: 大学生适应性问题普遍在大学生中存在,如果不能够妥善地解决,大学生个人和学术层面的发展都会受到限制。本文运用大学适应性量表对大学生适应的各子维度(学习适应性、人际适应性、角色适应性、职业选择适应性)进行考察。结果发现,大学生在职业选择方面的适应性是最差的,其次是学习方面,在人际交往方面则较高。所以本文从父母和高校层面对提升大学生适应性提出了有效建议,旨在提高大学生适应能力,促进大学生发展。
Abstract: Adaptation issues among college students are common, and if not properly addressed, their personal and academic development will be limited. This article uses the University Adaptability Scale to examine the various sub dimensions of college students’ adaptation (learning adaptability, interpersonal adaptability, role adaptability, and career choice adaptability). It was found that college students have the worst adaptability in career choices, followed by learning, and higher adaptability in interpersonal communication. Therefore, this article proposes effective suggestions from the perspectives of parents and universities to enhance the adaptability of college students, aiming to enhance their adaptability and promote their development.
