“1 X”证书制度试点建设研究——基于云南省高职院校网店运营推广证书制度试点建设的现状调查

Research on Pilot Construction of the “1 X” Certificate System—A Survey on the Current Situation of Pilot Construction of Certificate System for Online Store Operation and Promotion in Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province

摘要: 本文通过文献查阅、问卷调查、实地访谈等研究方法，从用人单位、授课教师、毕业生等不同角色的不同视角，展开对云南省高职院校“1 X”网店运营推广证书制度试点建设的现状调查，旨在探究云南省“1 X”网店运营推广职业技能证书试点建设现状、存在问题以及原因。以期在分析问题的基础上找到有建设性的对策和建议。调查发现云南省高职院校“1 X”网店运营推广证书制度试点建设在取得成效的同时也呈现了一些共性的问题，还存在一些个性的问题。本文认为应该从教育行政部门、考评机构、学校等不同层面来改进“1 X”证书制度试点建设，在强调“校企合作”的同时，创造性地认为“企企合作”也是关键。赋予“1 X”证书制度一种现代意义上的心理基础是当务之急，让国家意志、市场前沿、考评机制、教学内容能够同频共振，使“1 X”证书制度落地到实处。

Abstract: Through literature review, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, from different perspectives of employers, teachers, and graduates, this paper investigates the status quo of the pilot construction of “1 X” online store operation promotion certificate system in Yunnan vocational colleges, aiming to explore the status quo, challenges, and causes of the program and accordingly find constructive suggestions. While it has achieved a result, the program also faces common and unique problems. This paper proposes that the pilot construction of “1 X” certificate system should be improved from different aspects, including educational administrative departments, evaluation institutions and schools. The essence lies in both “school-enterprise cooperation” and “enterprise-enterprise cooperation”. It is urgent to give the “1 X” certificate system a psychological basis in the modern sense, so that the national will, the market frontier, the evaluation mechanism and the teaching content can resonate with the same frequency, which will help the “1 X” certificate system be put into practice.
