家校共育视野下教育惩戒权的实施困境及对策研究

摘要: 教育惩戒在矫正学生失范行为时发挥着举足轻重的作用,已成为教师教学不可或缺的手段。家校共育视野下教育惩戒权的行使,则有助于维持良性教育秩序、保障学生合法权益。本文对教育惩戒主体、惩戒对象、家长三个群体的教育惩戒权认识现状实施问卷调查,分析了家校共育视野下教育惩戒权的实施困境,提出融合古今教育观念、建立共育模式,强化教师教育培训、提振惩戒初衷,更新家长教育理念、凝聚惩戒共识来寻求教育惩戒权的合理出路。
Abstract: Educational punishment plays an important role in correcting students’ anomie behavior, and has become an indispensable means for teachers. Under the view of home-school co-education, the exercise of educational disciplinary power is helpful to maintain the benign educational order and protect students’ legal rights and interests. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the awareness status quo of educational punishment right in three groups, namely, the subject of educational punishment, the object of disciplinary punishment and the parents, and the implementation dilemma of educational punishment right in the view of home-school co-education was analyzed. This paper puts forward the reasonable way to seek the right of education and punishment by integrating the ancient and modern educational ideas, establishing the model of co-education, strengthening teachers’ education and training, promoting the original intention of punishment, renewing parents’ educational ideas, and condensing the consensus of punishment.
