摘要: 随着信息技术的不断发展，电子商务的发展也越来越成熟，对人们的生活和社会经济产生重大影响。但是，电子商务的发展也带来一系列问题，需要民商法创新保障路径，包括提高电商主体的准入门槛、加强电子商务活动规范等。电子商务的发展需要良好的法治环境，民商法对维护交易安全、促进电子商务经济的持续健康发展具有重大作用。

Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, the development of e-commerce is becoming more and more mature, which has a significant impact on people’s lives and socio-economic development. However, the development of e-commerce also brings a series of problems, requiring innovative protection paths in civil and commercial law, including raising the entry threshold for e-commerce entities, strengthening the norms of e-commerce activities, and so on. The development of e-commerce requires a good legal environment, and civil and commercial law plays a significant role in maintaining transaction security and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the e-commerce economy.
