中医特色护理对急性腹泻患儿症状改善和复发率的护理疗效观察

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing on the Improvement of Symptoms and Recurrence Rate in Children with Acute Diarrhea

摘要: 目的：探讨中医特色护理在急性腹泻患儿中的应用效果及对症状改善和复发率的影响。方法：选择2023年3月至2023年12月昌乐县人民医院儿科收治的急性腹泻患儿200例为对象，信封法分为两组各100例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组联合中医特色护理，两组均完成7 d护理，并对患儿进行2个月随访，比较两组症状改善、康复指标、复发率及满意度。结果：两组干预后患儿症状改善明显；观察组腹胀、腹痛、腹泻及大便性状得分低于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组腹泻消失及住院时间短于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组2个月随访复发率低于对照组(P < 0.05)；满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：中医特色护理用于急性腹泻患儿中，有助于降低中医症状评估，缩短患儿康复所需时间，能降低患儿复发率，可获得较高的护理满意度，值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in children with acute diarrhea and its impact on symptom improvement and recurrence rate. Method: 200 children with acute diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Changle County People’s Hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into two groups using envelope method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received a combination of traditional Chinese medicine specialty nursing care. Both groups completed 7-day nursing care, and the patients were followed up for 2 months to compare symptom improvement, rehabilitation indicators, recurrence rate, and satisfaction between the two groups. Result: After intervention, the symptoms of the children in both groups improved significantly; the scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and stool characteristics in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the disappearance of diarrhea and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group after 2 months of follow-up was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction level was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in children with acute diarrhea can help reduce the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, shorten the recovery time for children, reduce the recurrence rate of children, and achieve high nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying.
