电子商务的发展对农民就业的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of the Development of E-Commerce on Farmers’ Employment

摘要: 解决农民就业问题对于实现乡村振兴、保障和改善农民生活水平具有重要意义。文章从电子商务发展对扩展农产品的销售渠道增加农户创收机会、促进农民就业结构的转变、延伸产业链增加农民就业机会三个方面来分析电子商务的发展对农民的就业影响，以及发现了在电子商务的发展过程中农户就业面临的挑战，并从加强农村信息基础设施建设、进行电商培训和教育、健全电子商务行业相关的法律法规、促进农村电商产业园建设四个方面提出政策性建议，促使农村电子商务发挥更加高效的就业效应，保障在电商发展下农村劳动力实现更加充分的就业，以获取更高的收入实现共同富裕。

Abstract: Solving the problem of farmers’ employment is of great significance to realizing rural revitalization and ensuring and improving farmers’ living standards. This paper analyzes the impact of e-commerce development on farmers’ employment from three aspects: expanding the sales channels of agricultural products to increase farmers’ income generation opportunities, promoting the transformation of farmers’ employment structure, extending the industrial chain to increase farmers’ employment opportunities, and finds out the challenges faced by farmers’ employment in the development process of e-commerce, and proceeds. Policy suggestions are put forward in four aspects: strengthening the construction of rural information infrastructure, conducting e-commerce training and education, improving relevant laws and regulations related to e-commerce, promoting the construction of rural e-commerce industrial parks. So as to promote rural e-commerce to play a more efficient employment effect, and ensure that rural labor forces achieve more full employment under the development of e-commerce, obtain higher income and achieve common prosperity.
