摘要: 乡村振兴是我国当前的重要战略任务，而电子商务作为一种新兴的商业模式，为乡村振兴提供了巨大的机遇和挑战。《电子商务法》作为我国电子商务领域的法律基础，对于推动乡村振兴具有重要意义。农村电子商务的发展为乡村振兴注入了新的活力。不仅提高了农产品的销售和农民的收入，还改善了农村地区的生活条件和经济发展，促进了城乡一体化发展的进程。本论文从乡村振兴的背景出发，探讨了《电子商务法》在实际运用中所面临的问题和挑战，并提出了相关的思考和建议。

Abstract: Rural revitalization is an important strategic task in China, and e-commerce, as an emerging business model, provides enormous opportunities and challenges for rural revitalization. The E-commerce Law, as the legal foundation in the field of e-commerce in China, is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization. The development of rural e-commerce has injected new vitality into rural revitalization. Not only has it increased the sales of agricultural products and the income of farmers, but it has also improved the living conditions and economic development of rural areas, promoting the process of urban-rural integration. This paper starts from the background of rural revitalization, explores the problems and challenges faced by the E-commerce Law in practical application, and puts forward relevant thoughts and suggestions.
