MEBT/MEBO治疗Wagner 4级糖尿病足1例报告

A Case Report of MEBT/MEBO in the Treatment of Wagner Grade 4 Diabetic Foot

摘要: 给予2021年11月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的1例Wagner 4级糖尿病足患者于外科清创手术后，采用皮肤再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/MEBO)治疗18天后创面大部分愈合，可见上皮爬行，出院后1~3月电话随访，双足趾创面愈合，愈合皮肤良好，双足趾感觉及活动无明显异常，报道如下。

Abstract: One patient with Wagner Grade 4 diabetic foot admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in November 2021, was treated with skin regenerative medical technology (moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/MEBO) after surgical debridement. Most of the wounds were healed after 18 days of treatment, and epithelial crawling was visible. On telephone follow-up 1~3 months after discharge, the wounds of both toes were healed, the healing skin was good, and there was no obvious abnormality in sensation and activity of both toes.
