摘要: 随着网络通讯技术的迅速发展，第三方支付的普及应用率逐渐提高，改变着人们的生活习惯和消费方式。然而，这也引发了对第三方支付缺乏有效监管，以及对消费者权益保护不足等相关法律问题的关注。本文通过梳理第三方支付法律监管存在的实践困境以及其发展存在的优势与不足，旨在提出第三方支付法律监管的有效解决路径，以期推动我国第三方支付行业的可持续发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of network communication technology, the popularity and application rate of third-party payments are gradually increasing, changing people’s living habits and consumption patterns. However, this has also raised concerns about the lack of effective regulation of third-party payments and inadequate protection of consumer rights and other related legal issues. This article aims to propose effective solutions to the legal supervision of third-party payments by analyzing the practical difficulties and advantages and disadvantages of its development, in order to promote the sustainable development of China’s third-party payment industry.
