中小学校医教结合心理危机干预工作的探索——以湛江市中小学为例

摘要: 在《精神卫生法》的框架下,注重发展性和预防性心理健康教育相融合,促进医疗系统与教育系统合作,积极实施“医教结合”模式,对提升中小学心理健康服务专业水平具有重要意义。湛江市中小学推行“医教结合”心理危机干预工作,以预防为主、教育与医疗部门协作、整合资源、覆盖目标人群、多样干预方式、逐步深化为指导原则,建立了卫生教育协同的中小学生心理健康服务体系,对学生心理健康发展起到了重要作用。
Abstract: Under the framework of the Mental Health Law, it is significant to attach importance to the integration of developmental and preventive mental health education, promote cooperation between the medical system and the education system, and actively implement the “medical-education collaboration” model, which is of great significance to improving the professional level of mental health services in primary and secondary schools. The implementation of the “medical-education collaboration” psychological crisis intervention work in Zhanjiang primary and secondary schools, guided by the principles of prevention, collaboration between education and medical departments, integration of resources, coverage of target groups, diverse intervention methods, and gradual deepening, has established a coordinated mental health service system for primary and secondary school students, playing an important role in the healthy development of students’ mental health.
