教师教学行为评述及其对中学英语教师的启示
A Review of Teachers’ Teaching Behavior and Its Implications for Middle School English Teachers
摘要: 教师在教育教学中发挥着主导作用,对教师教学行为进行研究有利于中学英语教师对教学行为有清晰的定义以分类,从而在课堂教学中产生出有效的教学行为。本研究通过对自20世纪90年代末期到至今在外语领域重要期刊中发布的关于国内外教师教学行为的资料进行整理。研究发现,学者们开展了大量宏观层面的理论研究,但尚未将理论与现实教学实践完美结合,较缺乏落实于具体中学英语课堂实践的微观层面的关于教师教学行为的相关研究。本研究主要聚焦于探讨教师教学行为的内涵、分类以及新课程下教师教学行为的有效性三个方面。教师教学行为研究与反思,为一线教师提供可参考的关于教师教学行为的理论依据,进而促进我国教育事业的发展。
Abstract:
Teachers play a leading role in education and teaching, and the study of teachers’ teaching behaviors is conducive to middle school English teachers to have a clear definition and classification of teaching behaviors, so as to produce effective teaching behaviors in classroom teaching. This study is based on data on teachers’ teaching behavior published in important foreign language journals from the late 1990s to the present. The results show that scholars have carried out a lot of macro-level theoretical research, but have not yet perfectly combined theory with practical teaching practice, and there is a lack of micro-level teaching behavior on teachers’ teaching behavior that is implemented in specific middle school English classroom practice. This study mainly focuses on the connotation and classification of teachers’ teaching behaviors and the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching behaviors under the new curriculum. The research and reflection on teachers’ teaching behavior provide the theoretical basis for teachers’ teaching behavior, and promote the development of education in our country.
