中医护理适宜技术在腰椎间盘突出中的研究进展
Research Progress on Appropriate Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要: 本文对中医护理适宜技术在腰椎间盘突出的应用阐述如下，包括拔罐、穴位贴敷、中药湿敷和艾灸在临床上的应用方法以及对患者症状改善的效果，以为其在临床上的进一步发展提供参考意义。
Abstract:
This article elaborates on the application of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques for lumbar disc herniation, including the clinical application methods of cupping therapy, acupoint plastering, herbal poultice, and moxibustion, as well as their effects on improving patients’ symptoms, providing reference significance for further development in clinical practice.
