摘要: 网络诈骗在当今社会数量日益增长，表现形式日益多样化，套路非常深，搭互联网之便车，利用了人性的弱点，使得人们难以辨别，损害了个人的生命财产，降低了整个社会的信任度，使社会的正常运行受到阻碍。网络诈骗是一种严重的非法犯罪活动，必须予以打击。面对高发的网络诈骗案件，不能置之不理，必须从加强立法、规范平台治理、重视媒体宣传和提高个人防护能力等角度出发，综合治理，建设风清气正的网络空间。

Abstract: The number of network fraud in today’s society is increasing, the form of expression is increasingly diversified, the routine is very deep, the ride of the Internet, the use of the weakness of human nature, making it difficult for people to distinguish, damage the personal life and property, reduce the trust of the whole society, so that the normal operation of the society is hindered. Network fraud is a serious illegal and criminal activity, which must be cracked down on. In the face of high incidence of network fraud cases, we must not ignore, we must strengthen legislation, standardize platform governance, pay attention to media publicity and improve personal protection ability, comprehensive governance, and build a clean and upright cyberspace.
