循证护理在神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的价值

摘要: 目的：探究循证护理在神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的价值。方法：将我院2023年1月至2023年5月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，共计100例，以抽签法进行分组，对照组和观察组和各50例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取循证护理。比较两组患者的健康认知程度、生活质量改善情况、护理有效率、护理满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组的健康认知程度、生活质量改善情况、护理有效率、护理满意度均优于对照组，P < 0.05，存在统计学差异。结论：在神经根型颈椎病患者中应用循证护理，提升患者疾病认知，明显改善生活质量，临床治疗效果显著，值得推广利用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with cervical radiculopathy. Methods: A total of 100 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2023 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, and the observation group took evidence-based nursing. Health cognition, quality of life improvement, nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the health cognition degree, quality of life improvement, nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can enhance the disease cognition of patients, and significantly improve the quality of life, and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable, and worthy of promotion and utilization.
