摘要: 肩胛骨骨折常由车祸、高坠等高能量创伤直接引起,占肩部骨折的3%~5%、其中10%~20%的肩胛骨骨折为复杂肩胛盂骨折,比较少见。但随着交通与工业的高速发展,此类复杂创伤逐年增多。现对于复杂肩胛盂骨折的最佳治疗方式仍存在诸多争议。本文旨在系统回顾当前对于复杂肩胛盂骨折的治疗进展,对各种治疗方式进行全面的分析和总结,以期为读者提供更为科学和有效的治疗参考,从而选择更合理的治疗方式。
Abstract: Scapular fractures are often directly caused by high-energy trauma, such as car accidents and high falls, and account for 3% to 5% of shoulder fractures, of which 10% to 20% are complex scapular glenoid fractures, which are relatively rare. However, with the rapid development of transportation and industry, this type of complex trauma is increasing year by year. The optimal management of complex scapular glenoid fractures is still controversial. The purpose of this article is to systematically review the current progress in the treatment of complex scapular glenoid fractures and to comprehensively analyse and summarise the various treatment modalities, with the aim of providing readers with more scientific and effective treatment references so that they can choose more reasonable treatment modalities.
