高中思政课个性化教学策略探析
Analysis of Individualized Teaching Strategies of Ideological and Political Courses in Senior High School
摘要: 关注人的个性发展、推进个性化教育是提高人才培养质量的内在要求,也是办好人民满意的教育的必经之路。在当前,受到传统课堂教学模式的影响,个性化教学在实践过程中面临着诸多障碍。因此,需要分别从主体、客体、环体三个维度出发,提升个性化教学效果。具体而言,需要提升教师个性化教学素养、增强学生对个性化学习的理解与参与、强化学校对个性化学习的支撑,以实现教学的社会化与个性化的统一。
Abstract: Paying attention to the development of people’s personality and promoting personalized education is the inherent requirement to improve the quality of talent training, and also the only way to run the education satisfactory to the people. At present, influenced by the traditional classroom teaching mode, personalized teaching faces many obstacles in the practice process. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the personalized teaching effect from the three dimensions of subject, object and ring body respectively. Specifically, it is necessary to improve teachers’ personalized teaching literacy, enhance students’ understanding and participation in personalized learning, and strengthen the school’s support for personalized learning, and realize the unity of socialization and individualization of teaching.
