数字家长学校助力乡村中小学家庭教育的现状、问题与对策——基于浙江省Q县的实证研究
Current Status, Issues, and Countermeasures of Rural Primary and Secondary School Family Education Supported by Digital Parenting Schools—An Empirical Study in County Q, Zhejiang Province
摘要: 数字家长学校是利用数字化学习平台和学习资源为家长提供家庭教育指导的新型学习阵地,能为乡村中小学家庭教育赋能。研究团队以浙江省Q县405名家长为研究对象,采用自编问卷对乡村中小学家庭教育的实施现状与数字家长学校的接受度进行调研。研究发现,乡村家长家庭教育理念滞后,教育过程中易使理论与实践脱节;乡村家长家庭教育目标单一,易使孩子承受巨大精神压力;部分家长对数字家长学校期望值较低。提出优化组织保障体系、建设合格师资队伍、整合家长资源、课程建设贴近乡村家庭实际、建立有效的家长参与激励机制等策略,以期不断提高乡村地区数字家长学校的办学水平和家庭教育的质量。
Abstract:
Digital parenting school is a novel learning platform that utilizes digital learning resources to provide parental guidance, empowering family education in rural primary and secondary schools. This study surveyed 405 parents from County Q in Zhejiang Province, China, using a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the current status of family education in rural primary and secondary schools and the acceptance of digital parenting schools. The research revealed that rural parents have outdated educational ideologies, leading to a gap between theory and practice in the education process. Additionally, they tend to set singular educational goals, imposing significant mental pressure on their children. Furthermore, some parents have low expectations for digital parenting schools. Strategies proposed include optimizing organizational support systems, cultivating qualified teaching staff, integrating parental resources, designing curricula relevant to rural family realities, and establishing effective mechanisms to incentivize parental involvement. These strategies aim to continuously enhance the operational standards of digital parenting schools in rural areas and improve the quality of family education.
