大论文观下新疆理工学院英语专业本科毕业论文写作研究

A Study on the Graduation Thesis Writing of English Majors in Xinjiang Institute of Technology from the Macro Perspective

摘要: 在英语专业教学中，将毕业论文写作作为一个独立的课程和环节，会造成论文抄袭、论文写作准备不充分、研究兴趣和能力不足、语法错误，语病较多、思路不清，论证不严密的问题。基于新疆理工学院英语专业近5年的毕业论文写作实践，在大论文视角下提出将学术道德教育贯穿专业教育各环节，在英语专业新生入学教育中融入毕业论文写作教育，借助基础课程提高学生的语言能力，通过专业课程培养学生的研究兴趣和能力，做到写作课和毕业论文指导课的有效衔接是提高英语专业本科毕业论文质量的有效途径。

Abstract: In the teaching of English majors, taking graduation thesis writing as an independent course and link will lead to problems such as plagiarism, inadequate preparation, lack of research interest and ability, grammatical errors, language disorders, a failure of good logic and argumentation. Based on the graduation thesis writing practice of the English major in Xinjiang Institute of Technology in the past five years, from the macro perspective, the effective ways to improve the quality of graduation thesis writing are proposed. Firstly, academic ethics education runs through all aspects of professional education. Secondly, graduation thesis writing education integrates into the entrance education for freshmen of English majors. Thirdly, improve students’ language capacity with the help of basic courses, and cultivate students’ research interest and ability through the study of professional courses. Finally, it is important to combine the teaching of writing courses with the graduation thesis guidance course as a whole.
