Research on the Construction of Military Data Resource System

摘要: 作战数据资源是部队战斗力生成的要素之一，作战数据资源体系建设是军事信息化建设的重要内容。本文分析了国外数据资源发展现状，梳理了作战数据资源体系建设包含作战数据资源建设、作战数据管理、作战数据应用和作战数据保障四个方面，并对四个方面及其必要的支撑内容进行了详细解释，最后，对国内作战数据资源体系建设过程中的问题进行了分析，并提出了具有针对性的建议和措施，可为作战数据资源体系的构建提供参考。

Abstract: Military data resource is one of the elements of generating combat effectiveness, and the construction of military data resource system is an important content of military information construction. This paper analyzes the current development status of data resources in foreign countries, summarizes the construction of combat data architecture, including four aspects: military data resource construction, military data management, military data application, and military data support, and provides a detailed explanation of the four aspects and their necessary supporting content. Finally, the problems in the construction process of domestic military data resource systems are analyzed, and targeted suggestions and measures are proposed, which can provide reference for the construction of military data resource system.
