数智时代地方应用型本科高校财务管理专业人才培养探讨

An Exploration of Talent Cultivation in Local Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities for Financial Management Major in the Digital and Intelligent Era

摘要: 随着智能化、数字化水平的提高，数智化财务管理已成为现代企业财务管理的必然趋势。地方应用型本科高校作为财务管理应用型人才培养的主阵地，迫切需要在课程体系、教师队伍和实习实践基地等方面进行改革。因此，本文就地方应用型本科高校如何构建与数智时代下企业要求相适应的财务管理专业教育教学体系，培养社会所需的精专型、复合型财务管理人才展开讨论，对数智时代财务管理专业良好发展具有重要的推动作用。

Abstract: With the improvement of intelligent and digital level, the financial management of digital intelligence has become an inevitable trend of modern enterprise financial management. As the main position of financial management applied talents training, local applied undergraduate universities urgently need to reform in the course system, teacher team and practice base. Therefore, this paper discusses how to build a financial management education and teaching system suitable for enterprises in the digital intelligence era in local applied undergraduate colleges and universities, so as to cultivate specialized and composite financial management talents needed by the society, which plays an important role in promoting the sound development of financial management in the digital intelligence era.
