职业院校教师态度对学生学习动机的影响研究:基于自尊的中介作用

摘要: 随着教育高质量发展的目标推进,职业教育质量提升工程迫在眉睫。学生作为教育主体,本研究针对学生学习动机相对较弱所导致的教学质量与教学效率低下等问题,从教师教育指导态度和自尊入手,分析影响路径,提出教师应采取积极关注学生,适当严格要求学生学习上进,保护学生自尊,从而提高学生学习动机的建议。
Abstract: With the advancement of the goal of high-quality development of education, the project of improving the quality of vocational education is imminent. With students as the subject of education, this study aims at the problems such as low teaching quality and teaching efficiency caused by students’ relatively weak learning motivation, analyzes the influence path from the perspective of teachers’ educational guidance attitude and self-esteem, and puts forward suggestions that teachers should actively pay attention to students, appropriately and strictly require students to make progress in learning and protect students’ self-esteem, so as to improve students’ learning motivation.
