摘要: 当下，全面推进乡村振兴要求推动农业农村现代化发展，在数字经济时代下产生的农村电子商务，不仅契合该项要求，并且已经成为农村经济发展的重要组成部分。然而，由于法律上对农村电商没有针对性的规制、农村电商平台监管机制不足等原因，农村电商的发展存在一定的法律风险。因此，规范农村电商发展是推动乡村振兴战略稳步前进必须探讨的问题。本文将在乡村振兴战略实施的背景下挖掘当下农村电商发展存在的法律风险，并提出相应的规制路径。

Abstract: Nowadays, the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization requires the promotion of the modernization of agriculture and rural development, and rural e-commerce generated in the era of digital economy not only meets the requirements of this requirement, but also has become an important part of the development of rural economy. However, the development of rural e-commerce has certain legal risks due to the lack of targeted regulation of rural e-commerce in law and the insufficient regulatory mechanism of rural e-commerce platforms. Therefore, regulating the development of rural e-commerce is an issue that must be explored to promote the steady progress of rural revitalization strategy. Then, this paper will dig into the legal risks existing in the development of rural e-commerce at present in the context of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and put forward the corresponding regulatory path.
