法治视野下我国农村电商发展的挑战与应对策略研究

摘要: 农村电商是现代经济发展的一种新形势，是带动农民增收的有效抓手，是促进农村消费、满足人民对美好生活向往的有力支撑。但是，在农村电商发展过程中，逐渐显露出一些法律问题。如农产品质量不合格损害消费者权益，农村电商平台监管缺失，农村电商中的消费者难以维权。并且这些法律问题逐渐成为农村电商发展的桎梏，制约着农村经济的发展。因此，必须加强顶层设计间的协调统一，建立健全产品质量监管体系，严把质量关，明确平台责任，健全维权途径，为农村电商的持续发展提供法律保障。

Abstract: Rural e-commerce is a new situation of modern economic development, an effective starting point to drive farmers to increase income, and a strong support to promote rural consumption and meet people’s yearning for a better life. However, in the process of the development of rural e-commerce, some legal problems have gradually emerged, and these legal problems have gradually become the shackles of the development of rural e-commerce, restricting the development of rural economy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and unification between the top-level design, establish and improve the product quality supervision system, strictly control the quality, clarify the platform responsibility, and improve the way to protect the rights, so as to provide legal protection for the sustainable development of rural e-commerce.
