摘要: 鉴于认知障碍已严重影响终末期肾脏病腹膜透析患者的生活质量及存活率,现已成为严重的并发症之一。本文旨在从流行病学、发病机制及影响因素等方面综述终末期肾脏病腹膜透析患者认知障碍的研究进展,以期为临床工作与研究提供参考。
Abstract: Cognitive impairment has seriously affected the quality of life and survival rate of peritoneal dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease, and it has become one of the serious complications. This paper aims to review the research progress of cognitive impairment in peritoneal dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease from the aspects of epidemiology, pathogenesis and influencing factors, so as to provide reference for clinical work and research.
