摘要: 随着社会的快速发展和竞争压力的增大，高职院校学生的心理健康问题日益凸显。积极心理学作为一门关注人类优势和潜能的学科，为高职院校心理健康教育提供了新的视角和方法，本文旨在探讨如何从积极心理学的角度构建高职院校的心理健康教育课程体系，以促进学生的全面发展和心理健康。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society and the increasing competitive pressure, mental health issues among vocational college students have become increasingly prominent. Positive psychology, as a discipline focusing on human strengths and potential, provides a new perspective and method for mental health education in vocational colleges. This paper aims to explore how to construct the mental health education curriculum system for vocational colleges from the perspective of positive psychology, in order to promote the comprehensive development and mental health of students.
