Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the common clinical malignant tumors, and its incidence rate and mortality rate rank the first among all kinds of malignant tumors. Tumor microenvironment (TME) is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer, and the inflammatory microenvironment plays an important role in it. Inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors in the tumor inflammatory microenvironment promote the occurrence, development and metastasis of lung cancer by promoting immune escape, tumor angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and apoptosis. Clinical and epidemiological studies have also shown a close relationship between chronic infection, inflammation, the inflammatory microenvironment, and lung cancer. The relationship between inflammation can be better explained with lung cancer, which facilitates finding more therapeutic targets for lung cancer.
