味觉的具身认知研究进展

摘要: 味觉与认知活动之间存在复杂而微妙的关系,味觉的具身认知研究揭示了味觉对认知活动的影响机制。本文以具身认知理论为基础,全面梳理了近几十年来关于味觉与认知之间关系的研究结果,对味觉的具身认知理论进行评述,以期深化对该领域的理解,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
Abstract: There is a complex and subtle relationship between taste and cognitive activities, and the research on embodied cognition of taste has revealed the mechanism of taste’s influence on cognitive activities. Based on the theory of embodied cognition, this paper comprehensively compiles the research results on the relationship between taste and cognition in recent decades, and reviews the theory of embodied cognition of taste, with a view to deepening the understanding of the field and looking forward to future research directions.
