浅谈欧洲中世纪大学教师的国际性

摘要: 欧洲中世纪大学是西欧中世纪智识范畴内最伟大的成就、最为珍贵的遗产，也是现代大学的起源与基础。欧洲中世纪大学具有显著的国际性特征，其教师也具有鲜明的国际性色彩，主要表现为教师来源的国际性、教师流动的国际性和教师教学、科研的国际性。欧洲中世纪大学教师的国际性特点形成的原因与教会的推动，大学资源的稀缺以及组织、语言、制度等外在条件的支持密切相关。大学教师的国际性促进了欧洲中世纪新大学的衍生、建立，大学模式的移植与知识的传播普及，带来了中世纪学术的繁荣。学习、了解欧洲中世纪大学教师的国际性特征对于现代大学的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The European medieval university is the greatest achievement and the most precious heritage of Western European medieval intellect, and it is also the origin and foundation of the modern university. European medieval universities have significant international characteristics, and their teachers also have distinct international colors, which are mainly manifested in the internationality of teachers’ sources, the internationality of teacher mobility, and the internationality of teachers’ teaching and research. The reason for the formation of international characteristics of European medieval university teachers is closely related to the promotion of the church, the scarcity of university resources and the support of external conditions such as organization, language and system. The internationality of medieval university teachers promoted the derivation and establishment of new universities, the transplantation of university models and the dissemination and popularization of knowledge, which brought about the prosperity of medieval scholarship. Learning and understanding the internationality of medieval university teachers has important reference significance for the development of modern universities.
