积极老龄化背景下城镇低龄老年人再就业困境分析及应对策略研究

Analysis of the Dilemma of Re-Employment of Urban Low-Aged Elderly in the Context of Positive Ageing and Research on Coping Strategies

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深，低龄老年人口越来越多，老年群体的社会参与和再就业成为一个关系个人、家庭和社会进步的重大问题。促进老年人再就业，实现“老有所为”的目标，对于我们积极应对人口老龄化冲击、维持社会经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本研究旨在深入探讨积极老龄化背景下城镇低龄老年人再就业的现实困境，并剖析其深层原因，为促进低龄老年人再就业提出切实可行的对策建议，以期进一步丰富老龄化研究的内容，为应对老龄化社会的来临提供有价值的参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of the aging of the population in China and the growing number of elderly people in the younger age groups, the social participation and re-employment of elderly people has become a major issue related to the progress of individuals, families and society. Promoting the re-employment of the elderly and achieving the goal of “active aging” are of great practical significance for us to actively cope with the impact of population aging and maintain sustainable social and economic development. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the reality of the plight of the re-employment of the elderly in urban areas in the context of active aging, analyze the underlying causes, and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the re-employment of the elderly, with a view to further enriching the content of the study of aging, and providing valuable references to cope with the onset of an aging society.
