习练太极拳膝盖疼痛的原因及康复疗法

摘要: 经常练习太极拳的人会有膝盖疼痛现象的发生,本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对太极拳练习对练习者膝盖产生疼痛的原因及其康复疗法进行研究。研究发现太极拳练习膝盖疼痛的原因有练习前关节活动不充分,练习后不注意休整及放松,练习者姿势过低,技术不规范,脚的方向错误,练习者膝盖存在隐藏伤痛等;康复疗法有练习前做好热身活动,练习后做好放松练习,初练者不可追求低架子,规范技术动作,掌握正确方向,中医按摩、艾灸疗法等。
Abstract: People who often practice Tai Chi will suffer from knee pain. We use literature, logical analysis and other methods to study the causes of knee pain caused by Tai Chi practice and its rehabilitation treatments. Research has found that the causes of knee pain in Tai Chi include insufficient joint movement before practice, failure to pay attention to rest and relaxation after practice, low posture of the practitioner, irregular technique, wrong direction of the feet, and hidden pain in the knee of the practitioner. The rehabilitation therapy includes warm-up activities before practice and relaxation exercises after practice; beginners should not be low-key, standardize technical movements, master the correct direction, traditional Chinese massage, moxibustion therapy, etc.
