“体教融合”视域下大学篮球教学质量提升的阻滞因素与应对策略
The Blocking Factors and Countermeasures of Improving College Basketball Teaching Quality in the Perspective of “Integration of Sports and Education”

摘要: 体教融合模式为大学体育教学创新改革提供了有力的抓手,本文对高校体教融合发展的时代内涵进行深入分析,探讨影响大学篮球教学质量的阻滞因素:教学内容偏离、特色不明显;师资专业化水平不高;竞赛体系建设不完整,遴选评价体系不完善等。提出:优化教学内容体系,创新“学练赛”一体化教学模式;优化师资队伍建设,提升教师教学能力;完善高校篮球竞赛体系,提升竞赛水平质量;建立多元化评价体系,促进学生全面发展等策略,以推动体教融合在大学篮球教学中的落实,促进大学篮球教学质量发展,提升学生篮球综合能力。
Abstract: The mode of integration of physical education provides a powerful grasp for the innovation reform of college physical education, this paper carries on an in-depth analysis to the time connotation of university physical education integration development and discusses the blocking factors that affect the quality of college basketball teaching, such as the deviation of teaching contents and characteristics, the low level of teachers’ specialization, the incomplete construction of competition system and the imperfect selection and evaluation system, etc. It is suggested that we should optimize the teaching content system, innovate the integrated teaching mode of “Learning and training”, optimize the construction of the teaching staff, improve the teaching ability of the teachers, perfect the basketball competition system in colleges and universities, and improve the level and quality of the competition; establish a diversified evaluation system, in order to promote the implementation of the integration of sports and education in college basketball teaching, promote the development of basketball teaching quality in universities and enhance students’ comprehensive basketball abilities.
