人口老龄化背景下养老共同体的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Pension Community under the Background of Population Aging

摘要: 人口老龄化问题是未来影响我国经济社会长期高质量发展的重要问题。目前我国的老龄化情况十分复杂和特殊，人口老龄化速度快、老龄人口规模大、人口老龄化的程度在不断加重。同时，我国人口老龄化区域发展不平衡等问题不断凸显，为促进区域均衡发展和实现共同富裕带来挑战。因此，本文通过对我国养老工作目前面临的问题进行分析，试图通过探讨养老共同体的构建路径来为我国的养老问题寻找更好的出路，助力解决老龄化问题。

Abstract: The aging of population is an important issue affecting the long-term high quality development of China’s economy and society in the future. At present, the aging situation in our country is very complex and special, the speed of population aging, the size of the old population, and the degree of population aging are becoming more and more serious. At the same time, the unbalanced regional development of China’s aging population has been highlighted, which brings challenges for promoting balanced regional development and realizing common prosperity. Therefore, through the analysis of the current problems facing the pension work in our country, this paper tries to find a better way for the pension problem in our country by discussing the construction path of the pension community, to help solve the aging problem.
