基于ABAQUS的预应力碳纤维板加固RC圆柱在施工阶段的摩擦预应力损失研究

摘要: 本文主要研究了预应力CFRP加固混凝土圆柱的摩擦预应力损失。研究中设计无摩擦介质对照工况进行环向张拉试验,基于试验数据,利用ABAQUS建立并验证用于分析摩擦预应力损失的有限元模型。以CFRP-混凝土圆柱接触面的摩擦系数为变量,通过有限元分析,得到了摩擦预应力损失规律和减小预应力损失方法。试验结果表明:最大预应力损失出现在构件对称线附近,构件对称线周围的预应力损失会造成碳纤维板对构件产生的横向约束力不均匀,影响加固效果;通过使用以黄油为代表的润滑材料能够有效的减小预应力损失,改善横向约束力不均问题。
Abstract: This paper mainly studies the frictional prestress loss of prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete cylinders. In the study, a frictionless medium was designed to carry out a hoop tension test against working conditions. Based on the test data, ABAQUS was used to establish and verify a finite element model for analyzing the frictional prestress loss. Using the friction coefficient of the CFRP- concrete cylindrical contact surface as a variable, through finite element analysis, the frictional prestress loss law and the method to reduce the prestress loss are obtained. The test results show that the maximum prestress loss occurs near the symmetry line of the component, and the prestress loss around the symmetry line of the component will cause the uneven lateral restraint force of the carbon fiber board on the component, which will affect the reinforcement effect; through the use of lubricating materials represented by butter. It can effectively reduce the loss of prestress and improve the uneven lateral restraint force.
