翻转课堂视角下心理健康教育的教学目标制定策略

摘要: 在翻转课堂视角下,心理健康教育的教学目标制定策略至关重要。本文探讨了翻转课堂在心理健康教育中的应用,并提出了相应的目标制定策略。将翻转课堂模式与心理健康教育相结合的意义在于帮助教育工作者考虑学生的需求和实际情况,采用具体、可衡量的教学目标,并结合案例分析、小组讨论等活动来达到目标,从而更有效地促进学生的心理健康。
Abstract: Under the perspective of the flipped classroom, teaching goal-setting strategies for mental health education are crucial. This paper discusses the application of flipped classroom in mental health education and proposes corresponding goal-setting strategies. The significance of combining the flipped classroom model with mental health education is to help educators consider the needs and actual situation of students, adopt specific and measurable teaching objectives, and combine activities such as case analyses and group discussions to achieve the objectives, so as to promote students’ mental health more effectively.
